Academy Pueblo City Schools D60 (north Pueblo) consistently ranks among Colorado's top 5 districts and commands a 5–10% home price premium. Pueblo City Schools D60 covers downtown and central areas with strong magnet programs. If schools are a priority, knowing the boundary lines before you shop is critical — some streets literally split two districts.
